The boss Sheeper of them all

Ladies and Gents,

I give you a 912 turned into a slantnose, proudly sporting a motor meister build of a 2.7 of unknown mileage, allegedly from the time when they weren't even making them anymore, with 345s in the rear, and a sportomatic to boot (yes, really):

Porsche 911 Coupe | eBay

To be fair to the guy, it is cheap. Must be the cheapest running rear-engined porsche on the market.

Love this:

1976 Porsche 912e that has been converted into a 911 Slantnose (Flachbau). I purchased this as a project and it is a very cool car! The work done so far is very high quality. This is a running and driving project. I would estimate it is 90% complete. It featured a 2.7l flat 6 engine from a 1982 911 that was rebuilt in 2004 by Motor Meister Inc in California. It also has a 925/02 4 speed Sportomatic transmission from a 1973 or 1974 Porsche 911 It has a great gear ratio that really gets you going. The transmission shifts smooth and great. I am not sure of the miles on the car as it is not the original speedometer/odometer. I have taken it recently for a 100 mile trip and did not have any problems. I was given many "thumbs up" by other drivers.

You didn't answer the question. Where are the people? Go ahead and give that one a shot before you start shouting.

You really aren't talking trash about the cars in the ads or the ads themselves. You're really talking trash about the people who created those ads.
Y'know what? never mind Forget I said anything. You'll never get it.
It's behavior like this that really puts Pelican in a bad light.

Another nanny who knows what's best for everyone. If you don't like peoples' opinions about cars for sale, why the fsck are you surfing this forum? The worst part about it is the big, steaming pile of hypocrisy.

For the record, not one of us knows if the sellers of these cars performed the modifications on them. As far as we know, the sellers might think the car automotive abortions as well. If the sellers did do the modifications, then it is good to know what sort of judgement the seller had, so you can appropriately judge the value of the vehicle. Because what you see is only a fraction of what's going on.

Here comes a "me, too" post in 3, 2, 1...

Making fun of some cars, rather! It's all in good spirit though.

You really need to think this through. I'm doing exactly what you're doing. I'm just not doing it at the expense of people who aren't even here to have a say.
Interactions like this are a really poor reflection, and I am not being hypocritical here. MY opinion on how this reflects on Pelican is as valid as YOURS is. Mine's just more correct.
( throwing your attitude right back at you )
Keep it, I'm out.

Except mine's on-topic, and you're just an off-topic nanny wannabe. So, not the same. I guess it's you who needs to think this through, huh?
