Loosing most of your monetary investment is definitely going to happen.

I've seen some clean long hoods listed in the $65-85k range lately. No way you can make one of these cars nice for under that.

Looks fairly priced and willing to accept in person cash offers.

It's a project but if you know how to weld then balls in your court.

Starts runs and drives..what's not to like. Make a counter offer... you do know you have to have a license..dealer or dismantler..or know someone who who does..(not gonna ask..nope)
