If you edit your post you should be able to add a photo. That's how I do it with my iPhone .

If the picture isn't in the right format it won't load. JPEG usually works.
Maybe try advanced?
You could try emailing the photo to someone and have them upload?

Pics haven't been loading on any of the forums today (not sure if for all people, but many) - I think MattR broke the server when he attempted to load a pic of his wee willy!!!
