				Introduce myself

Figure this would be a good time to introduce myself. I posted on here a couple of times figure would like to say high. I've been around and work for Porsche most of my career. I've made the jump to leave a Store Manager Job to Open a Place with my good Friend. Our approach is much different from most all stores. Our Goal is focused on the passion of the Brand.

A Porsche is not so much a purchase, as it is an investment. And when you invest, you want to do so with someone within whom you have confidence. TRISSL SPORTS CARS is that trusted resource. We were Porsche collectors long before we founded TRISSL SPORTS CARS. Today, our primary interest is in connecting enthusiasts with the Porsches that they seek. We must generate sufficient revenues to run our business, but as with Porsche, our focus is on innovation rather than profit. In our case, that innovation has taken the form of TRISSL SPORTS CARS, a new way to link Porsches with people. Was there a 3.0 RS motor made? Hmmm....not sure about that but I've been wrong before. Details...details..

Yes but that would be an RSR. If that car has an RSR motor in it ..then should be twin plug and a few extra $000000 Last edited by 76_rookie; 09-21-2013 at 05:55 PM.. |

	1) 1974 Porsche IROC Series, 3.0 Liter 911 RS Carrera... Photo Gallery by slidevalve911rsr at pbase.com 2) From Wikipedia... In 1974, Porsche created the Carrera RS 3.0 with K-Jetronic Bosch fuel injection producing 230 PS (169 kW).It was almost twice as expensive as the 2.7 RS but offered a fair amount of racing capability for that price. The chassis was largely similar to that of the 1973 Carrera RSR and the brake system was from the Porsche 917. The use of thin metal plate panels and a spartan interior enabled the shipping weight to be reduced to around 900 kg (1984 lb). 3) Bonhams Auctioneers : The last RS 3.0 to leave the factory,1974 Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.0-Litre Coupe Chassis no. 9114609109 Engine no. 6840125 4) 1974 Carrera 3.0 RS 5) 1974 Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.0-Litre Coupe 6) Kidston - 1974 Porsche Carrera RS |

You are right about that! That 77 RS Clone was listed here for $29K and now asking for double. Looks the same as when it was listed from the previous owner.

I am not trying to be a pest or a detractor but what innovations are you bringing to the market? If that’s going to be a marketing point can you elaborate what is innovative about you guys?

I guess they hoped the pressure on the major websites would keep this quiet, and the buyer would eventually suck it down.

Concurrent thread over on early911sregistry makes for interesting reading. Judging by the claims and approach on the website I'm not surprised they are short sighted enough to not do the right thing.

Best of luck Goodtog ! Here's hoping your persistent British bulldog approach brings these fools to heal
