Nolasport bought it for just over $40k. That's a steal.

Why didn’t I register to bid...
Damn you sensibility. That car was a steal! I’d love a long hood.

It won't be the last one. There's a bunch of cars like that just sitting these days. I know several older racers who have retired cars like that recently to move up to something newer like a GTB or Spec Cayman.

I hope your right.
Seeing so many people out in their air cooled 911s today in the first real warmth we’ve had for months (22” of snow the weekend before last) made me wish I had a finished one, not a project! I should have bid on that one. Return it to occasional street duty (windows, suspension, doors and bars) and had a fun, once every few weeks car.

It was a worth easily 40k in parts or if you wanted a track car.
But for a occasional street car it would have been a tough ride, needing race gas and smoking the clutch in traffic, not counting the harsh and loud ride and not just from the engine. And there is the title issue or lack of it. If you want this sort of thing there will be more coming up for sale is right. |

A number of states don’t require a title on an old car. Bill of sale is enough to register it many places.

We can apply for a title for something like that in MN as long as you have a bill of sale.
I’ve been forced to drive the company Ford Exploda for a week. Getting back into my Subaru STi is dreamy - feeling the road with its stiffer than stock ride and actually participating in my drive to work. That said, something slightly more streetable would be better ![]()

That is really nice, but out of my league.
Can you imagine opening your garage and having something that awesome inside!

Listing pictures are terrible.
Nice pictures contribute to a better selling price. |

Yea, same pictures from the pelican add. Very Craigslist selling approach.
I don’t think it will get to the $55k he wants. Some nicer track cars have sold for less. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
