Help on car value '88 911

2nd owner, owned car since '95
Coupe, sunroof, no rear spoiler, dark blue exterior/linen interior
99,6xx miles
The bad:
Car is in shop now, getting new clutch and the rear window seal replaced
Driver's door has ding from door strap breaking. This happened last summer and has not been addressed. Damage to paint is minor but there is an "outie" ding there and I understand the whole repair (fixing broken door strap + ding repair) can be quite involved.
The car drives fine, rarely drips oil on the floor and does not use a great amount of oil. However it does smoke a good bit and shows pretty oily on the under side. It needs the typical 3.2 rebuild/reseal in the near future which I can't afford to do.
AC doesn't blow cold and I haven't attempted to address this in a long time. I just drive with no AC. The last time I invested in a recharge it did work fairly well. It has not been converted to 134.
The rear window seal replacement is to address a leak. The RR seat bucket has had water leak in, and I had to remove the bottom seat pad and pull out insulation that had become wet. The seat bottom and carpet are fine. There is no rust. But if you pull up the seat pad/carpet you can see the missing insulation.
Rear view mirror is off and a very small chip came out of the windshield with it.
The rest:
Interior is in good condition (other than the rear seat issue above).
Leather seats appear to have been redyed before I got the car. They do not have tears or excessive wear.
Aftermarket stereo head unit, believe I still have the original
No crash damage or paint work as far as anyone's been able to tell, definitely none in my 21 years of ownership
Drilled rotors / SS lines / Pagid pads from DE use '95 thru '05
Fog lights out, brake cooling ducts in place to front rotors (have fog lights)
SSI heat exchangers and an old 70's 911 single-out muffler, car obviously can't do emissions testing
Front strut brace
Optima battery, 2 yrs old
Wheels/tires - nice Tire Rack 964 replica 17" wheels with good Sumitomo tires, I think 255 rear and 205 front
**I have a set of Fuchs, condition "decent", but they are 16 x 9 rear and 16 x 7 front and I know these are valuable. They've been off the car 10 years and have an old set of Yoka A032 tires on them.
I think I have all original parts I've ever taken off the car, and all records since '95 plus a few from first owner.
Factory tools are present, original bag is in bad shape. Did not have compressor when I bought it.
Lots of work in last 2-3 years like starter, ring gear, alternator rebuild, valve adjustment, battery, new tires
If you've read this far, thanks. The car has a list of issues too long and expensive for me to address. I'm ready to sell, I want to be fair, but I don't want to "give it away" and I know the wheels have some good value by themselves.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'd say add $5k to that at least, it's a G50 coupe in a desirable solid color?

Maybe not a creampuff but a solid looking car.

BUT... Mr. FTN37064, how is it even possible you've owned this car FOR 21 YEARS and have a post count of ONE here on the forum?

Stick around, look around, sell the 16" paperweights for big bucks and use the money to pay off credit card debt if you have any, then start to address the issues with the car slowly, and DIY them if you can.

Keep the car if at all possible. Not to sound preachy but you've had this car a long time, are you really ready to let it go?

A G50 trans last year G model even with 100k miles is nothing to sneeze at ! It becomes easy for
those who have had a 911 in their possession for many, many
Years to take Porsche ownership for granted ! Haha don't do it ! There are just as many individuals
out there dying to gain just the first opportunity at ownership ...believe me !
One more thing the car can be smogged by returning the exhaust to stock or emissions testing in a state not so up on visual alterations ...it happens.
This could easily be a thirty five thousand dollar car in todays heated market just tidy up a few things and if were me I'd keep the decent wheels on the car with what rubber I have ...Bert

Great car and I agree with the other comments. However, be careful. You say you can't afford a reseal of the engine. Then please reconsider buying the car.
