God help me. I agree with Rawknees on something.

That's because you are a man with good sense, style and taste (unlike some of the obviously blind geriatrics and teenage girls posting in this thread)!

when i found my 1st 911 in 2000 I answered the add in the news paper (yep, before the interwebs was so prevalent) by phone and it sounded like the perfect car. the one thing I did not touch on was color and when I arrived it was guards red! I was somewhat bummed but the low miles, brite trim & very nice black interior I pulled the trigger.

when buying used cars color is like 7-10 feature on the important things list to me. interior color might move up the importance scale if the paint is good in my check lists. I am not a fan of light interior color that is likely tainted if any years are on the car. I think a dark interior hides a lot of sins.

What colors would you pay a premium for?

The fakeist of news, Deez!

Geezers pick green because it reminds them of what they see while puttering around doing yard work and when they've had one of their frequent toilet episodes!

Hello

That’s a nice color green or Army Green

But I do not think that’s a factory color? Special order or repaint, what is the year and Paint Code Number.

My TT is green. Does that still make me a puttering geezer?

This thread is dangerous.

I've never bought used cars based on colour - my black SC was simply the nicest one I could find, but times like these where I throw around the idea of trading for a bright blue or green or yellow or orange or purple...

Ironically, my E30 is also similarly a commonplace colour, Brilliant Red.

Porsche really had some cool colors during both the G-body and longhood eras.
I always enjoy seeing them when they pop up at random car shows, etc...

I have dreamed about the olive green SC for a long time. Real deal.

You guys asked what color you would pay a premium. There you go.

Years ago there was one for sale here. Repainted black. Didn't have the money or time to restore

Only in a figurative sense!

A TT is such a ballzy car, that it can endure the shame of being clothed in green (not sure about pink/champagne, though ).

Those My Little Pony colors that several people are fawning over here should only go on cars with a minimum of 300hp - that way the goofiness is offset by powaaa'!

Then my little baby blue ‘Rumf qualifies too. Aren’t I the lucky one. Now I just need orange for the set.
