Throw modern technology into the mix and what you can to to one today is just plain awesome if you are a hot rodder like me. Phil has some of the nicest period examples I’ve ever seen. And for god sake people need to drive their cars somewhere other than the fairway lawn.

Yep,
In Napa this weekend putting miles on my newly improved 930.
I’ve seen countless Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s. Not one other 930.

Seems like they are giving away ice green 76 930s in Texas.

That’s the same safari edition that just sold on BaT, it’s another Craigslist scam.

On second look, MIB's car has some obvious glaring defects.

How did the BAT "experts" and the buyer miss them ?

It was the color and ride height that put everyone into a trance.

Based on how soft and supple MIB's hands appear he might have one as well.

Certainly worked here as well.

I didn't even noticed them until today.

I though his lotion came as a by product from trying to make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

I dunno, just saw this post. Other than some seldom driven 80s 930's getting $180K sales ( although one with under 5K miles in an unpopular color and original dirty for the miles & neglected underside ( 0nly $130K but unsold ). So miles is the most important I've read everywhere,WTF gives?? Now a decent 85 black black 930 Euro driver quality w low miles ( 19K ) & some repaint going soon. So far only $36,911 bid so a bottom fisher bidding. Not the type lately that the BAT high $$$$ bidders ( only all original it seems ) usually tries for, so might be a good opp for an astute affection ado not caring about all original paint to pay way more for, and get the same driving, visual, enjoyment and experience!
