WOW! If this bike was any closer to me in Chicago I would be making a very poor financial decision in a heartbeat. What a gorgeous bike!

That's my exact bike, although not mine (which I see is on Cycle Trader, but I now wouldn't touch because the owner has neglected it and put weird blue things on it).

This one is quite nice.

Many people fly and ride because a good bike doesn't come up that often.

Or,

Shipping would be around $500

So, there you go!

Perfect bike to fly and ride home. I would even pick you up at airport. It's a road machine, purrs like a kitty cat! I have purchased several bikes and shipped. ckcarr is right, round $500.

Great bike and great deal on this one.

I had Ohlins on my R12S and my buddy had stock shocks on his. Switched bikes on several long road trips and I wasn't able to tell any difference in the shocks/handling etc. Both bikes were loaded when ridden, and ridden at freeway speeds and on two lane back roads. While Ohlins may be advantageous on some bikes, I don't see the need on the R12S. Not trying to start a shock argument, just my experience.

Cool bike.
