I believe Staintune, Remus and Laser systems use baffles in their muffler so you never have to repack them. I know the Ztechnik uses a packing material that they suggest you repack every 6000 miles.
Your best bet will be to find one either for sale here or on the IBMWR.org Marketplace website. When I've seen systems on Ebay they generally go for more than what I want to pay for a used system.
You can always do it a little at at time. You could by the cat eliminator pipe from Two Brothers Racing for a little over $300 and use the stock muffler until you find a nicked one at a dealer.

I have had 2 S bikes with Remus systems. For me, it has the right sound and not overly loud, but each guy will have his own opinion. I had a Ducati with Staintune. The baffles were removeable, so you had a choice... loud or extra loud. All the top "track" systems are all good, usually stainless steel, some are carbon. For best performance, the exhaust system will work better if accompanied with a chip.
