2005 R1100S Boxer Cup Replika

Changing priorities means my bike must go. A rare opportunity at a hard to find bike. This was the last year of the Boxer Cup Replika which included full BMW Team livery with standard Laser exhaust. It also includes sponsor stickers and carbon fiber cylinder head covers and engine spoiler along with the correct CF mirror plugs in the front fairing. This is a twin spark bike making 98hp and 78 ft/lbs of torque all run through BMW's 6 speed box with low 6th ratio. By utilizing front fork tubes from the R1150GS, the chassis of the 2005 Replika is raised by 12mm, thus allowing for a greater lean angle. Seat height on the 2005 Boxer Cup Replika is 860 mm (33.9 inches). Additionally, it features a 5.5" rear wheel, clear turn signal lenses, pillion seat cover and side stand. CF front and rear mudguards are present. The brake rotors have been upgraded as well. Because of it's sporting nature ABS was not an option on the 2005 Boxer Cup Replika. These bike were produced in limited quantities (less than 300 imported into the US) and are hard to come by. The bike has 13,832 miles and is mint. You will not see one of these at your next Bikes and Coffee events. Comes with both sets of keys, factory manual, factory cover, and custom Pit Bull rear stand.

The bike is located in Saratoga Springs, NY. Steal it now for $6300.

Seriously, if I hadn't just bought a $22k car i would have bought this bike.

I can't believe you are having trouble selling it at that price.

Bump for a beautiful bike at a price that shocks the hell out of me that this is still available! $6,300? Wow!

And a shameless plug with a link to my sale. Don't forget when you buy this beauty from Canine64 to pick up a spare factory BMW 2005 Carbon Fiber Spoiler from me for only $450 shipped to you. You will enjoy hanging out in your garage showing it to your friends as they look at the one on your bike and the utter amazement on their faces at what it actually weighs! Lots of parts from my 2004 BCR - part 1

Not really, the economy has been at work in the MC market. I recently sold my '07 GS, 34k miles great condition.

I had 1200 views, 90+ watchers, great photos etc but when the push came to the shove only 3 bidders. I ended up with easily 1000 less than I wanted but the free market system sets the prices.

I sold my '04 BCR late last year, not as nice as yours but real close..once again lots of views, over 100 watchers , only a small number of bidders and went for much less than I would have thought.

You can always find someone advertising what you have for lots more money but rarely does someone pay over prevailing fair market value unless you have a buyer with more money than sense...and we all hope for one of those.

My view? Everyday you don't sell your bike it gets one day older and you add a few more miles. If you wait for market conditions to "catch up" you will almost always lose.

Mike
