Turbo Tie rods?

I've seen the turbo tie rod kits around ebay and some magazines. Some sources say they will fit my 1967 912 targa, others state only 69 and up will fit. Am i misinformed or will some of these kits...

I can't speak for porsches specifically, but i know the rotor is ok if it is still in spec once it has been turned. If its not in spec i think it just won't disipate heat as well and be more likey...
