I took carb off, cleared all jets. put new plugs, and #1 cylinder is back. I think I have it down to the float chamber is clogged at the bottom and not feeding the idle mixture screw.

Try Gold Line Brakes in seattle. they did a great job rebuilding my 912 calipers and all but one piston were frozen in place. I also did not have to buy new pistons.
