Draining fuel tank

2005 Porsche 996 4s
Want to drain tank.
Found fuel pump.connected hose to pressure barb.By passed relay,But fuel only dribbles out.Anyone any ideas

CHECKING FLEX PLATE FRONT AND REAR BOLTS.
How do you move shaft with the splines 2mm towards gearbox to line bolt up .Doesn't seem to want move when tap it with hammer.

I read on the rennlist forum that when you jump pins 30 to 87 if you have all fan speeds its not the resistor pack .When resistor pack as gone bad you only get high fan speed.Thanks

Heater blower not working.
Relay seems ok.
If i put a jumper wire between pin 30 to 87 the blower works on all speeds.
when put relay back doesn't work.
Anyone got any ideas...
