As far as the center console lights, I believe these are ridiculous expensive, look up the part numbers and do a search at some of the dismantlers. I have replaced 2 with ones that are very similar...

I was going to put mine up on ebay as soon as I get to it, it has one clip missing, which can be replaced, the top is cut out for the RS mod, and it comes with a K&N that has been recently serviced....

Someone had rounded mine off before I bought the car. I had an allen cap screw cut off and welded in the hole so I could use a common allen wrench. Works great, and much cheaper than a new alt.

Take the rubber boot off and pull the door pin switch out, when it activates, it basically is grounding out the single wire. That wire probably corroded and broke off, and is now constantly touching...

Did you smell it? Could it be gasoline? How far do you normally drive it? If you aren't going far enough to warm up the engine, I bet it could be either of these, condensation or fuel.
