My car always runs much lower spring pressures vs actual boost pressure seen in the intake.

It's probably a 95mm stud. A lot of hardware is shorter than the specs. I assume this is so the hardware does not bottom out in a blind hole.

And there is nothing special about Porsche studs...

That 0.82A/R should light quick! My friend had a 1.06A/R factory housing and it lit really nicely.

Try an old school 60-1 and I bet you'd pick up some power as the old...

OP, I'd take the heads back and have the surface machined. If I'm not mistaken, that is a tapered cut.
