OK..in my limited experience......Jumper the DME relay and see if that works...if no joy..secondly.....undo the relay bracket under the dash and look behind where the wires come out of the dme...

Check DME relay....they are notorious for causing all sorts of power shut down gremlins....also ensure the bracket that holds all the relays in below glove box is fixed in and screwed down properly...

Sounds like the DME relay.....they can exhibit a host of problems when faulty. Get an OEM one...and then get a spare......also make sure the bracket the fuses and relays sits in is all snug up and...
