Had my fresh air blower quit working...
Instead of replacing parts decided to trouble shoot. My issue was a dirty relay contact. It is worth looking for this issue and fixing it before tearing up...

So mike above calculations for the boost are not correct...sorry :(

It works out to be 20.4psi @ 6500 rpm and top of the 75% efficiency, it is almost into 74 % but close enough.

So 10 to 15 psi on the side that goes to manifold, and it should hold. couple of inch of vac...

The KLR line can be wide open and it wont really effect boost, other then misreporting to the gauge in the car. Eventually the low boost error from KLR will happen.

The k26/6 turbo as used in this car is at its most efficient at car rpm of 3500. The WG even with shims will start to bypass at 20 or so psi back...

Yup as far as I can tell below 1800 the KLR allows no boost (other then incidental till the boost pushes open the WG @ about 5 or psi).
Boost is controlled by TPS and the pressure sensor in the KLR....

Ran the test with shims in and exhaust system checked for blockages and leaks. (Old CV was dead so new CV in the car).
Results:
-max boost 10.72 PSI, @ 3500 RPM.
