I only removed the hinge assy as a last resort. We'll see how good I'm at aligning the doors once the repaint is done.

I just got done doing the same. Had to remove door with hinges intact and press pins out, then had to carefully chip out old bushings. The rest was pretty simple. Have fun!!

You could check the voltage at the pump terminal at rpm - that's an easy check. What fuel pressure are you running?

I'm still running 2 pumps though a single pump is enough for EFI installs.

One pin on both doors was frozen requiring the hinges to be unbolted. Once the doors were off the car a little heat help to get them off. I'll be replacing the bushings and pins when I reassemble.
