Maybe the snubber has come apart and been reduced to small bits that have bound the inserts in their bushings. Happens when the inserts leak and soften the rubber bushings. Seen that quite a bit....

1/8" brass hex head pipe plugs fit perfectly and...

1/8" brass hex head pipe plugs fit perfectly and their taper thread keeps them in place. Doubt you will find a torque setting for those, just use common sense.

It's a nice little town. A good police presence keeps the crime down, unlike Seattle. No tent cities, no soliciting. I'm northeast of Marysville proper a bit, up a hill in the woods.
