I do not know.
I would think the oil feed would send oil around the bearing first, before hitting the return port.
I'm trying to imagine the oil possibly taking a direct route from the feeder line...

1987 911 3.2 turbo lo-boost conversion, with TurboWerx electric scavenge pump.

Been reading that coke chunks can fly from the turbo and go into the return line and into sump drain.

Any thoughts...
