..all 90ties supercars are not cheap in maintenance. there is aging parts, rubber, etc. so you will always need a little money aside for items your eye almost can‘t see - your creditcard will colapse...

had a similar issue with my 91 turbo. one of the o-rings that seal the metering slits to the outer case was gone. so fuel was able to find it's way to one or more injectors. depending on crank...

Please find the reason for that. Usually reason will be rust or damaged Surface. If one of the surfaces is damaged you have to exchange the part. do not risk to burn the car in saving few $$$.

i broke my 91 3.3 this way. fuel head was bad and fluted one cylinder. cranking lead to a bent rod and defective cam and rockers. fuel head was not totaly shot. had some hot start issues. preasure...

...but: they say their material can handle the crappy exx fuel. My fuel head (alloy) was damaged by bad fuel. the o-rings were weak and partial gone. i ordered a set and mounted it. did not use it...

i had the same issue with my 91 turbo. bended a rod this way. i disassembled the fuelhead to find out why i lost that much money and found that one o-ring failed. there is the plunger that moves up...

i recieved a set of perfect turbo 3.6 cams today.

part number 964 105 247 21 and 964 248 20. marked on the cams 964 247 20 and 21. i am not that familar with cam values.


the 3.6 cams open...
