Good to know... I will probably end up butting the panels together. All the suggestions say to space them, but it seems most people install them tight. Should make for an easier install.

Off topic, but I think the bricks under your jackstands are oriented incorrectly, causing a higher risk of collapse. The holes should be facing up and down.

The light worked great for 2 days, then went out...too busy to look at it, then the next day, it's back on! I don't know what is going on... It sure looks great when it's working, though!

The glass globe has a nice seal to keep the weather out, so that should not be an issue. I wish the original Hubbell ballast was with the fixture... It would probably not be having these issues! :D

I did not have to re-wire anything with the wires running from the ballast to the socket...just fed the existing feed wires in the lamp to the power source. I've not seen it die, but is turns on...
