The wiper track is heavily worn around the idle location for the AFM. Have you adjusted the wiper arm so it touches a good spot yet?

Personally, i would find / borrow a known good AFM and retest.

I had the same issue with the AFM... one of the PO's set it to run lean; my guess is because it wouldn't pass smog. The collateral damage from that was a rebuild.

Be very careful adjusting the AFM...

The ground lug on the cooler is no longer needed. This is because the BMW switch has a separate ground lug while the original Porsche switch is grounded through its body (2 pin vs 1 pin switch).
