from my experience the oil does not go anywhere...

from my experience the oil does not go anywhere from trany without leaks......if changed every time in 30 000 miles...for a mineral oil .. the oil level will be fine even if a little low...

personally i used even six-8 screws so the lip is nicely flash withe body when it meets the windshield. It much easier to install the windshield later on..to make a extra hole is not a big deal..
