2.0 L VW bus engine

Does anyone have any experience with putting a VW engine in a 912. I have a '79 VW bus engine and am wondering how hard it's going to be to put this engine in my 912.

Thanks to everyone who responded, unfortunatly, I still have the problem. Everything is aligned, the catalytic converter is out of the picture, and the mixture is OK.

Any other ideas?

Question Cold Start valve

I have good voltage at the plug to the cold start valve, gas pressure, and the cold start valve reads 4.6 ohms accross the contacts, suspision is that it is clogged. Am I missing anything?
