looks correct to me. the clutch pressure plate will pull the Omega spring back to the relaxed position.

Have you tried starting it with a battery charger connected or push starting. I had a problem that I believe was the starter using too much current, lowering the voltage so the injectors didn't fire....

I think it's a bad sender or the wrong one. I would put the old one back in and test it. also I wouldn't use the restrictors. I had cam and rocker wear with the restrictors.

Will it snap back if you pull the pedal back? I would recheck the adjustments. If the adjustments are correct then your getting binding somewhere.

The clutch pressure plate pulls the omega spring back into the rest position. If the gap between the adjusting screw on the small arm and the large arm isn't correct it will not pull the omega...
