water lays near bulkhead

Under the chassis plate. There is a rubber bung through which goes 3 sets of cables.
Water sits in the cut out for this round rubber bung. Is this a design fault or should there be a minute drain...

Brake fluid change

Just purchased a Sealey VS820 Brake and Clutch Bleeding System.
Will this do the job,
o you still need pst2 in order to activate the valves during brake bleeding

A lot of people on forums say you can bleed it old fashion way but it does change the fluid in the pump.Some people even say some garages don't bleed it the proper way

Can you change brake fluid the old fashion way of pumping the pedal and holding it down when you have psm OR DO YOU NEED THE pst2 in order to activate the valves during brake...

Door Jam Lock Piller panel

Thanks john walker's workshop.
When i put it all back together and weld the panels back together do i need to put any sealant between the to panels to stop water getting in.Thanks

Going to weld in new sills and rocker panel and door jam.
Just wanted to know how you fit the door jam panel to edge of rear quarter, where rear quarter overlaps door jam....

Yes used three wires instead on DME relay.Just in case it was the relay.Took pump off to free up

I got a OEM Bosch fuel pump and also changed the fuel hoses from tank to pump and to filter and the one after filter to hard line.

Do the fuel pumps get jammed with lack of use ?



Put new pump on for second time and when i start car a few months later.Fuel pump was stuck.IT as happened 3 times...

I think i have solved it.
On my 2004 c4s it as the 997 fuel rail which as no fuel return .
Is this right?

Cant seem to find fuel supply and return hose in c4s .
Its meant to be left hand side of engine under coolant tank 17mm and 19mm on end of fuel rail .I have no hoses on end...

Are some of the hoses on fuel rail just push fit on to the barb with no clamp.

On the later models from 2002 Porsche moved the fuel filter to inside the tank,meant to be lifetime.
