Slip it back on the crank nose and use a screwdriver to pry it out.
Install the new seal on the table. I use a large socket to tap it in evenly.

You can take it off but you still won’t have matching patina like the rest of the tube

The cold start plug and the airflow sensor plugs are backwards Or the AFS is unplugged.

The original 3.2/3.6 bolts were 15 ft# then 90 degree swing.
The later bolts that are 12.9 strength get 90 degree swing two times
