Thank you for the responses guys. Out of interest then, the header tubes must be larger which should in turn should be of benefit over the OEM turbo headers.

Hopefully will dig into it this weekend. Was thinking an issue with ground stud G116. Will also have a look at indicator grounds at the lights themselves.
