Have the tires been changed since you have owned the car?
If not, it could be a tire causing the drift. Swap the fronts left>right and see if the pull changes direction.

Replaced the flasher, problem remains.

Checked all the grounds in the signal housings (and several others), they seem fine.

Obviously something grounding/shorting as it will blow the fuse...
