One more suggestion. Look up ShadeTree930 for the procedure to replace the fuel pump fuse with direct connection to the battery for each fuel pump circuit. Easy DIY upgrade, still keep spare relays...

What is the best fuel conditioner for CIS systems? I live in an area of Washington that only sells ethanol fuel. Normally use Techron, but is there a better product? Thanks

What I found inside the Relay

I opened up the failed China relay and an old German relay. The China relay wire between pin 85 and 86 appears to be uninsulated. The German relay wire is insulated.
