I replaced the relay and the fuse still blows as soon as it is put in. However if the relay is not installed the fuse doesn't blow.

What should I be looking for next?

Thanks for the advice it fixed my problem! :D I cleaned the spark plugs and leaned out the mixture. Apparently I had it completly backwards. After that it fired right up better then ever before.
