My 82 SC, with sport seat would not let you swap seat backs. The inner mount of each seatback was a shoulder bolt. The mount was 2 or 3 bolt.

The later model ECU's are not drop in replacements. Their ECU uses 11 pins (vs 10 pins on the 1980 unit) with a completely different pin out and different connectors, I believe.

A slightly upsized set of front torsion bars will probably slightly increase from end grip...

It allows more wheel travel with the higher us ride height. If it’s missing, the ride height has likely been lowered.

I believe they were eliminated for us model year 1983 cars, due to relaxation...

The 78-79 SC's had an 8.5:1 compressions ratio. They used the hotter plug (7).

In 1980, US 911SC's got a 9.3:1 compression ration and the colder plugs (5).

A Carrea RS 3.0, which had the old S cams and a plunger type fuel injection. It would rev to 7200.

I'm betting a Carrera 3.0 was redlined at...
