Try heating the studs/head again with a torch and then melting paraffin on them. It gets wicked into the threads and sometimes does the trick.

Deutz used cast iron and I think Biral later for their air cooled diesels that run forever. Wouldn't be my first choice for a Porsche but there is no question it will do the job.

You need to raise the boost enrichment CP to lean out the AFR on boost. Push in the disk on the bottom of the wur a couple mm and check it again.
