The problem could be the alternator, or it could be the fan bearing.
You won't really know what the problem is until you disassemble the pulleys...

Another quick option is to move the fog light...

Another quick option is to move the fog light relay to R63. Gives you DRL, but obviously the fogs won't come on with the headlights.
