Drilled the hole, got the pin out no problem. Put a new one in, rehung the exhaust hit the starter and she fired right up.

Help with a no start

I was, I thought, finished with a restoration my '88 924S. New belts, new clutch, rebuilt torque tube and CVs, water pump, PS pump and misc. other R&R.

Hey mine just was doing the same type of thing. It would stumble between 3 and 4k then once I got past 4k it would level out again.

Turned out to be a very dirty throtle body.
