Final thought, If anyone has any other ideas to run lines to the carrera oil cooler, for cheaper than the nearly $2k its going to cost from Elephant, I'm all ears.

Thank you everyone for your responses. It sounds like the consensus is: Easiest plug and play option is the Elephant plumbing kit. It's pretty expensive which is what deterred me in the first place....

Yes, the lever goes into the 5-R plane, it shifts through the lockout thing but not all the way into gear.

It feels like it is almost there (almost in gear), but not quite, if that makes sense.
