It does not look like a 1977 Carrera 3.0. That model was never sold in the USA and would not have the large wide bumper pads. They should be the narrow euro ones.

Should be 911761xxxx VIN. The COA has a valid 3.0 VIN but the car pictured does not have a 3.0 tach nor the periscope headlight washers.
