I didn't realize the balancer was 2 pieces that were supposed to be kept together.

I undid all the little bolts and pulled the first half off. Of course, 2 of the little bolts stripped.

If you go SP3 -- keep it non-turbo. The upkeep of the Turbo's are higher and many tasks are made more difficult due to turbo and exhaust getting in the way.
