I use synthetic diesel oil in every vehicle I own. From my RV, both Porsches, MB, and three motorcycles. 195k on my 944, with zero oil problems. Rotella T sythetic 5/40 in everything.

Great info, thank you. The cover I have instructs me to remove the old dash material and foam, all the way down to the base dash material and then sand it smooth. The new cover has new foam backing.

I do 3-4 BMW shocks a week, and all my customers are VERY happy. Granted, I mainly focus on Adventure touring bikes like the GS though.
