Ned,

If that is your camshaft in the picture I do not see a problem with what you have unless there are large wear marks on the roll pins not shown in the picture. The load on the roll pins is...

Ned,

On most of the early cams the holes are threaded and you can use an allen head bolt to turn the scavange pump. I don't recall the size at the moment but should be easy enough to determine...

Jayson,

Looks like I miss typed, your con rods are 930.103.105.0R not 930.103.015.0R as I typed. Looks like you should have the 930.103.015.0R not the 930.103.105.0R which I see in your video!

Correct me if I am wrong, but I checked the PET for connecting rod #s from 1975 - 1983 and the con rod numbers do not match yours.

Your con rod: 930.103.015.0R

I found 930.103.015 for about...

I believe you want the 930 116 713 00 part # for 930/30/32. IIRC 32 is the 1976 model and 33 is the 1977 model transmission.

Best of luck,

This wheel looks to be a 6" x 15" not a 7" x 15"?

Am I missing something?

1975 to 1977 930 intake manifolds are at a different angle and this will probably not fit. But should fit for all 1978 to 1989 911 turbos.
