Agree with PVC molding also agree with fiberglass then window foam. Other foam expands too much and may impede window operation.

Issue: Start the car up, runs fine, can drive it for long periods of time, still no problem.

I make a stop at a store or to get gas, shut the car off just for a few minutes.
