You need a new rubber on the windshield channel. The old ones get destroyed when you remove the old glass. I got one from Pelican,it was a nos part from Germany. Took a couple of weeks to get it....

Make sure the pump is positioned correct. Try it with an open end and if it flows work your way up the line to filter and regulator. Gas becomes hard like cured varnish when it sits for a long time....
