Going from a 2L warmed up to a 2.2L, and now a 3.3L I think the sidewall is somewhat negligible, and more of an aesthetic concern of mine. Maybe 205/55r15 all around will end up being the answer.

I figured out the issue. It was a small crack on the headers, small enough to only make the sound while under boost. New fabspeed setup going on soon. Problem solved, thank you all for the help!
