I think youre a bit crazy to drop the tank or pull the box. They dont have to go in the factory locations. Heck on the front lines my brother doesnt even mess with going under the radiator he runs it...

I had a 89 240sx before my 911 and it was quite a bit more fun to drive. and it was stock. I can only imagine one with a sr20 or other turbo engine and a welded diff like the drifters do.

Did you try a brass trap? The cheap plastic ones tend to be more apt to leaks because they have imperfections and easy to distort. Also is it a pedestal sink? maybe its moving around
