Help!

Had a drive shaft come free and I messed up this flange. I'm over in New Zealand and for the life of us we cannot figure out this part number.

The car it is off is a 1979, with a 915...

Car is a 1979, not entirely sure this is the original gearbox but I'm fairly confident it is.
