If the spray bar exhibits no external damage (dents from broken rockers being foremost) , we just remove the plugs, clean with an appropriate bottle bush, replace the plugs and go.

Lots of base circle so you have lots of cam options without welding.

Apply a moderate bead and spread it evenly. I use my finger to insure that the sealant is adhering.
