I'm sure that a modern hybrid BB turbo would be much easier to get going than a 7006/8 K27. As for my engine management, it is autothority MAF chips, which there are some limitations. It allows you...

Ouch! Here we go:

The way it looks to me, is that realistically speaking, MAF conversion offers NO gain over the stock AFM, in an N/A (I do run MAF in my turbo though). For the roughly 10%...

They will last much longer if you "refurbish" them. If used, pop the seals off and clean all of the old grease out of them, along with the seals. Pack one side with generous amounts of fresh...

For a road car, K26/8 is about as optimal as you an get. Mine would get 15psi by like 2650, and carry 20psi right up to 7 grand (with MAF conversion). With the K27/8 (7006/8), I need to be...

WTB - 3" stainless catback (rear section) turbo exhaust.

I'm not going to be very particular about what brand it is, or the condition that it is in, but I AM looking for a deal that I can't refuse. If you have one lying around that you aren't using, or...

I think the answer might possibly lie with THIS approach.

Hey, I like the faster ratio of the power rack. The increased amount of effort required (without hydraulic assist) for slow speeds and parking doesn't bother me at all. A power rack inherently...

OK, I didn't realize that the positive side is what remains steady (with the ignition on) on the CV. I now see that there was a flaw in my logic if things were the other way around, anyways. If the...

Josh, I am surprised that you tap into the "cycled" (as opposed to "switched") power that feeds the CV, for your 12 volt MAF power. Wouldn't the MAF output voltage drop to 0 if the KLR decides to...

By "****ty", I assume you mean a piggy-back setup.

And now I see that switched refers to "ignition key" switched, NOT the (-) switched side of the ignition coil. The better place to tap into...

No, No, No!

I'm going to have to go -2 (yes, I did mean minus) on the 2 posts that advise using petroleum products such as vasoline on rubber. It does make it look great initially, but...

I do believe what he meant to say was: SOON TO BE CUT "UP", as in "soon to become scrap metal".

I don't know who is selling it, nor do I have anything to do with it. But I would conclude from...

Tracking the cops.

Would you mind explaining how "smart phones" are able to keep track of where the cops are? I've never heard of this technology before, and I am VERY curious as to how it works.

There are 2 different 255lph pump models!

One is the "standard" 255, which is fine for the N/A. But the 255 is also available in a "high pressure" version, which is DEFINITELY what you should be using in a turbo.
