Just go to his website and give him a call. They'll custom make anything you want. Mine are set up with a t-4 divided flange for a twin scroll turbo and dual wastegates.

I've always used the serrated washers...

I've always used the serrated washers (bellville?) and blue locktite on the bolts never had one come loose.

Never had one but have heard from multiple places that they cant handle the horsepower of an efi motor. All the race teams stopped using them long ago in Porsches and went to the guard differentials.

that one on e bay doesn't look like the scavenge pump on mine. looks like it has a different gear set part of which is missing.
